這家法式餐廳位在紐約川普大樓裡，我們吃prefix午餐$26，有開胃菜、主菜和甜點。要先預約，不然人很多。當天早上我買了杯咖啡沒喝完，進餐廳吧台等候位置時，細心的服務生還幫我把裝在紙杯裡的拿去裝在他們的咖啡杯裡再送出來給我，如果是比較壞的餐廳，應該就是直接說不准帶外食進來。餐廳裡面佈置很優雅，而且很乾淨整齊，還有開放式廚房，我的位置可以很清楚看到廚師煮東西佈置餐盤。不過我是今年六月底的時候去的，現在只記得食物很好吃，醬汁味道很細膩有多層次感，在波士頓我都沒吃到味道相近的餐廳，而且，以這價錢在波士頓絕對是吃不到同樣等級的食物，只能說，紐約真是食物的天堂。
廢話不多說，來貼照片了！
首先，是大家的五道開胃菜，由 TUNA TARTARE勝出，而山羊起司配西瓜的新奇口感緊追在後，以下的評語，如果是普通的話，其實是外表和食材很普通，但是醬汁還是很好吃喔。接下來是兩道主菜(大家都點的差不多)，然後以兩道甜點照片結尾。

暑假路考超難約，鄰近的RMV(watertown and cambridge)都被約滿，不得已的我約了個要開車半小時才會到的Lynn。黑色星期五的今天，跟卡爾先生借人和BMW，中午前往Lynn RMV(不是我開，因為我還處於只能開沒車的小巷子mode)，路經Friday吃中餐(在黑色Friday吃Friday)。
到達Lynn後(原來是在Revere Beach再過去一點的地方)，我第一次開卡爾先生的車練習，從沒開過他的車，加之前因double book路考(分別book RMV和駕訓班)，不讓我考之後，距今已經一個月沒開過車了，所以今天練車的過程一直在冒汗...不過Lynn這裡的人都超有耐心，我開很慢很慢，竟然完全沒人叭我，讓我超感動。
在練習的途中，我有次還忘記拉手煞車，車子哀號了一聲，我還不知道怎麼了(反應很慢)...
後來得知是沒拉手煞車，一慌就硬生生在路中間突然往右拐，打park擋，後面本來都沒車，突然出現車陣，真是嚇死我了，不過沒人按我喇叭...接著我練習平行停車，每次都停得很出去，停岀不同的結果，完全沒有再現性。
後來練一練，過度緊張好累，就到附近的Dunkin Donuts喝咖啡，這附近沒有Starbucks，但有和藹可親的老先生，說以後我們以前見過面(其實他認錯人)，還跟我閒聊了幾句，誇獎我good looking and dressing，這邊的人果然都是走悠閒耐心好人路線。喝完咖啡，時間也差不多3:40pm，我就要去赴4:00pm的考試。
才開到Lynn RMV旁邊停好，準備走去RMV時，後面就緊接著來了一台車，我看著很像考官的人下車，考官看到我們，就說“你們該不會是要來考試的人吧？”
我說“是低。”卡爾先生還問考官，一天要考幾個人，答案是36個！
考官馬上就叫我上車後發動踩煞車，還沒4:00pm...
我乖乖上車發動踩煞車，接下來考官就要我打左轉燈，接下來右轉燈。都ok後，他就叫我打手勢，考官話超少，只說"hand signal"，我就自己打了左，看他沒反應，在用手打了右，他還是沒反應，我再打了slow/stop，考官就默默地上車，繫上安全帶。
在這個moment，我發現自己也該繫安全帶了...可見有多緊張。
然後就叫我開到左手邊的停車場，我還以為他要我U-turn，確認了一下，的確是要開上停車場，但是要幫助我開到另一個車道。這時候就已經超緊張，連踩油門或煞車的腳，都一直在發抖...
後來繼續開了一小段，考官只說"right."
我往右看了他一眼，想說幹麻叫我看右邊，後來考官很不耐煩一直說"right,right,right."
卡爾先生偷偷用中文跟我說，他說右轉啦。痾，我心中os，考官怎麼不說"turn right..."就在那個moment，我就錯過了那個路口...考官臉都綠了，我都要笑了...我只能含糊其詞隨便敷衍一兩句。
不過看來那個路口是考官的固定路線，因為他後來又默默地指示我開回去，在這個過程中，我還給他開錯車道(開到對面車道)，然後在自我發現，和不知道是考官或卡爾先生默念開錯車道的同時，我默默地開回原本車道，更緊張，腳就開始發抖。
進了那個路口後，考官就指了個位置要我parallel parking...
我看到他指的地方，心中又os“超狠，竟然前後都有車...果然我剛剛該轉不轉，他記恨了..."
在我靠近前面那台車時，考官的手突然放到手煞車，作勢要拉時，還好我剛好停下來，準備要打R擋停進去。
在那當下，只有一個念頭“他拉起來我就掰掰了。“
但我不知道原因，考完後，卡爾先生跟我說，我當時離前面那台車太近了，幾乎要擦過去了...(然後如果這發生了，我就玩完了，兩台車都被我擦，今天真的是完美的黑色星期五)，但是我很幸運，沒擦到，而且停下來後，做了個今天有史以來，最完美的parallel parking(難道說，祕訣就是要靠前車很近，比較好停？！)，果然我最強的就是考試運。
後來自從parallel parking完美地順暢呈現後，接下來的back along the curb和three point turn，都很順利地完成，就知道勝卷在望，後來開回到剛剛進來的路口停stop sign，我都還沒停好，路人竟然要我先走，痾，考官也很想下班，也叫我趕快走，後來我又給他來個驚險的左轉(據卡爾先生說，考官在這個moment，又再次把手放到手煞，因為我轉得有點不太小心，沒有東張西望)，我就回到了考試的起點。考官叫我pull over，我剛停好，他就下車了，只跟我說，“go paid!"痾，這是說我pass了嗎？不過回想起剛剛關鍵步驟(parallel parking, back along the curb, and three point turn)都沒出錯，我想是過了。超開心。
所以，接下來分享一下心得：
0. 好的sponsor很重要，最好還會默默地提示你，當你沒聽清楚考官要啥時。
1. 最重要的就是慢慢開，不要手忙腳亂，雖然考官可能很不耐煩，也還是要忍受我的龜速。
2. 指令錯過了沒關係，只要安全無虞就好，接著再等候下一步指示就好。
3. 動作要做完全，方向燈一定要打，該東張西望就要東張西望。
4. 關鍵步驟(parallel parking, back along the curb, and three point turn)都沒出錯，就可以順利pass考試了。
Lynn RMV這邊考試的優點，就是在小巷子裡考，都沒其它車干擾我，所以一切可以進行地很平靜。
好啦，考運超重要！從我練習都停不好車，但一考試就如有神助，就知道氣很重要。

上星期五我剛做完右上的牙齦手術(還有右下和左邊沒做)，手術時有打麻藥，完全不知道嘴巴裡發生什麼事情(好吧，其實我知道有切下病變組織這件事情，因為還被其他人要去做樣品分析)，只覺得醫生和一開始的助理在手術途中都很興奮地討論，另一方面他們又覺得這麼興奮很對不起我，因為病患的病情很嚴重(也就是我)，為了要參與他們的討論，我還口齒不清地跟他們說不如幫我錄下來好了(沒辦法，手術還在進行中)，之後我也想看到底是甚麼東西，因為手術中助理說了awesome...(然後我自己頭腦裡就轉換成日文的すごいsugoi...)。
剛剛一時好奇，很想知道到底發生什麼事情的我，就把手術中聽到的幾個英文單字打進youtube去搜影片，結果，一看讓我雞皮疙瘩直起，血腥程度直比恐怖片，看不到一半我就看不下去了，因為還有未完的手術要做...youtube下面大家的留言都是，"她之後一定很痛"，痾，還好有止痛藥。
現在右上有縫線，還黏了兩片很像口香糖的東西，每天晚上我都做夢想要掙脫那兩片口香糖(囧)。術後要冰敷，臉才不會腫的像豬頭，不過我的右臉腫起來挺好的，一直想要胖臉的說，不過遺憾的是，不會腫很久。
