[發現]Amazon其他店家的評價

前陣子在Amazon上的其他店家買了隻手錶,但沒有準時寄來,從下訂單到寄出拖很久,昨天心血來潮,在check其它東西到底寄了沒的同時,上去給了評價2 out of 5(因為不準時),沒想到當天馬上就有Customer Satisfaction Specialist寫了封長信來說,他發現我不滿意還去查了原因,錯的確在他們,物品backorder所以拖了好多天才寄出,還說要refund $5,如果不滿意還可以跟他們協調,我想說好麻煩就說好吧,他們最終的目的就是要我移除負評,所以評價也是可以操作的!
我現在比較好奇,跟他們協調不知道會怎樣耶...但是我最近好累都睡不飽,還是算了。
