[波士頓]Symphony Hall

星期三，第一次到Symphony Hall聽音樂會，原來Symphony Hall離MIT這麼近。
我們聽的是波士頓交響管弦樂團的預演(Mozart, Previn and Ravel, Boston Symphony Orchestra)，有莫札特，Previn(波士頓交響管弦樂團的指揮)和拉威爾的作品。

感想就是Symphony Hall蠻漂亮的，預演時大家都不穿正式服裝，非常隨性，觀眾隨便一個人上去台上，應該都不會被發現吧。莫札特和拉威爾演奏常被指揮中斷，尤其是莫札特，所以聽起來就很不對...我想聽完整的演出...唯一最完整演出的就是指揮自己的作品，但是不合我的口味，Jimmy還說，這彷彿是交響樂中的流行曲，在100年後絕對會消失的作品(同感)。最好笑的是，同行共六個人裡，正常而言會有兩個人在睡覺，最多大概有三四個。演奏到一個段落的時候，觀眾席會有一大堆咳嗽聲，因為在演奏時要忍住，大家真是太專心在聆聽音樂了。

PS.我喜歡Symphony Hall樓上的包廂。
PS2.現在宿舍好像警報器響了耶...我應該要離開宿舍了...
PS3.仔細再聽，其實那是我室友的鬧鐘聲，難怪聽了都沒有什麼緊張感...

[波士頓]The Fogg Art Museum

The Fogg Art Museum，我還蠻喜歡這個博物館的，整體感覺落落大方，中庭的寬廣，可以從樓上悠閒地眺望樓下，典型的博物館建築？！畫的擺設簡單大方，絲毫沒有MFA的擁擠。有許多曾經在美術課本看過的名畫，莫內、雷諾瓦、馬諦斯、畢卡索等，當然也有很多關於耶穌基督的畫，基於不是教徒，所以興趣不大，反而是一旁擺設介紹哪些礦石可以生產出哪些顏料，比較吸引我。但最令我印象深刻的是3F的小五生臨摹名畫，有實力高強的小畫家，和原本的畫相差不幾，但更有趣的是獨樹一格的小畫家，有那幅畫的輪廓，卻處處充滿童趣和自己的想像力，完全不同於原作，儼然是幅嶄新迷人的畫！真是太厲害了，小朋友看世界的眼光，的確和大人不同，天然又新鮮。

[日影]推薦 Udon

最近推薦日本電影：現在，只想愛你。
Udon(很不錯看喔，劇情有創意而且拍攝手法很特別的電影，對於人與人之間的情感刻畫地很好，還可以看到很多好吃的Udon)。
風味絕佳(森永牛奶糖原來有這麼深的涵義)。
不推薦：堤真一的地下鐵。(雖然裡面的演員我都蠻喜歡的，但是，就是覺得劇情不好)。

男女主角的名字，史蒂芬(Stéphane)和史蒂芬妮(Stéphanie)。史蒂芬的夢和現實是不分的，parallel,synchronized, and random，夢裡面的他有史蒂芬頻道，認為兩個大腦是可以有連結傳輸的。有一天他夢到他送給鄰居史蒂芬妮一封信，結果一邊做夢，真的把信送出去了(夢遊症！?)，他發現之後，大驚，趕快把信從門縫下撈回來，沒想到史蒂芬妮竟然知道有過這件事情，他就深信他和史蒂芬妮大腦之間的連結，但其實是他送信的時候已經被史蒂芬妮發現了。他送給史蒂芬妮一台時空機器，幫史蒂芬妮的小馬玩偶裝置零件，變成會跑的小馬，和史蒂芬妮布置天空的雲和玻璃紙海浪上的船，夢到自己12個月代表性災難月曆深受好評。夢裡面有紙做的城市、汽車和攝影機，科幻繽紛的世界。

[心情]我起床了

大概睡了快12個小時，還做了很有趣的夢，每個房間都在用projector放電影。

醒來之後就要面對現實，改我的Thesis Proposal，今天之內要改好，昨天忘記把檔案帶回來，今天只好去學校打，希望實驗室非常安靜，變成適合工作的環境，然後，還要找到一個ChE的Committee，這才更讓我頭痛。

台灣觀光局真不錯，會郵寄觀光影片給我，希望可以在I-Fair前寄到，這樣就可以在那天播放了。
